Established in 1971 amidst the global oil crisis and as the property market was headed for recession, The Nero Club was intended as a haven for the London property, design, engineering and construction community to engage and collaborate as the storm crashed around them. – ‘fiddling whilst Rome burns’.

Three recessions later and The Nero has continued to thrive, growing its ranks to 42, and forging true and lifelong bonds between its members.

This exclusive club represents a cross-section of senior decision makers from the very same property and construction community from which it was born.

New members are elected yearly and must be nominated by existing Nero Members.
